Information you give us: your name and email address when you enrol or contact support.

Website activity: pages visited, referring source, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, checkout activity and completed purchases.

Payment data: card payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, bank credentials or passwords, and this information is never included in any advertising or analytics event.

Essential cookies needed to run the site, sign you in and process payments are always active. Non-essential advertising and analytics technologies only run after you accept them in our cookie banner.

Website activity such as page visits, checkout activity and successful purchases may be shared with Meta Platforms for advertising measurement, attribution, analytics and ad optimisation. This happens through the Meta Pixel in your browser and, in parallel, through the Meta Conversions API from our server.

Where contact information such as an email address is used for advanced matching or the Conversions API, it is normalised and irreversibly hashed (SHA-256) before it is sent, in line with Meta's data handling requirements. We never send Meta full card numbers, banking information, CVV codes, passwords, authentication information or other sensitive financial or personal information.

Browser and server events for the same transaction share one event ID so Meta counts them as a single event.

You can accept or reject non-essential tracking in the cookie banner, clear cookies in your browser, and use Meta's own ad preference controls to limit ad personalisation. To request access to or deletion of your data, email hello@jumlartech.com.

Account and purchase records are kept for as long as you have course access and as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. Data is stored with reputable processors (Stripe for payments, our hosting and database provider for accounts and course access).
